NEVER seen anything like this. Check out this jet ski "fishing boat."  This guy fished from this jet ski in the  Marina Shores Million Dollar Rockfish Challenge out of Virginia Beach. He caught the two fish off Duck, NC, running a total of 152 miles! On a jet ski! In cold weather! In the ocean!
