North Carolina Flounder fishing is picking up in the Cape Fear River,Capt.Mike Dennis found the flounder & speckle trout to be biting just south of Snow's Cut on Saturday. Chip Clark and Brian Gibson landed some good size fish while on a 4 hour charter.
