Individual Rights Score Victory in Supreme Court Second Amendment Case

Can I get an "ATABoy" for the US Supreme Court? This Supreme Court decision is the first time that the High Court has declared in absolute terms that the Second Amendment is an individual right. Folks, this is a BIG DEAL, and shouldn't be taken lightly. It seems that as of late, we are slowly LOOSING our INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS in favor of rights for the total population as a whole. The radical left has long been using this argument to suppress our PERSONAL RIGHTS!

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) -- the trade association for the firearms industry – hailed today’s United States Supreme Court 5-4 decision written by Justice Scalia that determined authoritatively that the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees an individual right to keep and bear arms.
