Hello from Topsail Beach!
As you boaters already know, New Topsail Inlet is in sad shape! There was a capsize Saturday evening about 6 pm, and rumors of another capsize Sunday morning are circulating. The info I have is that no one was seriously injured, am praying this is correct. Here is an email from Chris Medlin of East Coast Sports about the inlet. Please read this and take action. The condition of the inlets affect us all, even you readers that don't live here all year. Your quick action is appreciated.

As most of you know Topsail Inlet is in very bad shape and unfortunately the dredge had to leave last week due to bad weather. The dredge has now headed south to hit up Carolina beach inlet.
