2008 NC Recreational Coastal Waters Guide
Hello from Topsail Beach! At least the wind was light enough to get out on the beach. There still wasn't much going on. I talked to one angler who had caught a very small virginia mullet and a small puffer on cut shrimp. He was fishing north of Joly Roger pier. That's all I can talk about tonight. Still not much going on.

RECREATIONAL LICENSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO MEET
MOREHEAD CITY- The Coastal Recreational Fishing License Advisory Committee to the N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission will meet by conference call at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 6 in the Division of Marine Fisheries conference room, 3441 Arendell St., Morehead City. The conference room will be open to advisors and the public to participate in the call.
