Hurricane Dorian came through last week and we did a little fishing before and after just to see if the storm made any difference.
There wasn't much biting in the surf the week before the storm. A few small pompano, whiting and surprisingly croaker.
Once the storm came through the water temperature dropped.The water turned brown. That happens every fall as the levels of tannic acid builds but the hurricane cause it to happen overnight.
After the storm, the blues were finicky but biting and the drum have moved in.
