Folks, fishing is good at Topsail!  The big story today is a 30lb king mackerel caught in the surf! Don't have any details. Check out East Coast Sports facebook page for a picture.

Big chopper blues in the surf and all piers. Limits of blues are being caught everywhere. Spanish are tearing up the gotcha plugs early am at all three piers. Red drum are in the sound and near the inlets, with a few caught along the beach. Black drum and virginia mullets are biting all along the beach. Best and biggest catches are at night. Don't miss out on this action. Get on down here and filll your limits! I'll be at Surf City Pier in the morning with my Dad and nephew Dan. Hope to see you there!
